My name is Freddie Salinas and I have been fishing Lake Fork for 14 yrs. I was born and raised in West Texas with little exposure to the sport of fishing. I'm taking full advantage of the opportunity that was given to me to fish and to help the customer out with anything they need. I enjoy passing the love of fishing on to others who enjoy the sport as well. This includes women and children as well as the inexperienced first-time fishermen. Lake Fork has produced most of the top large mouth bass caught in Texas. The state record bass, weighing in at 18.18 lbs, is one of many trophy bass caught at this lake.Cooper Lake is a fairly new lake with 19,280 surface acres. Most of this lake is covered in timber which gives the bass plenty of coverage and vegetation. This lake has the potential of being the next trophy large mouth bass lake.
